Your order automatically routes to our nearest fulfillment center for the fastest delivery.
What's your return policy? We accept returns for damaged items, manufacturing defects, or if we sent the wrong item. Just email us at hello@thevioletlily.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we'll send a replacement or store credit within 2 business days.
Because jewelry is personal, we're unable to accept returns for sizing or change of mind. Please double-check measurements before ordering!
